At Venus Nail Spa, we are committed to providing a safe, relaxing, and high-quality experience for all our clients. To maintain a comfortable and professional environment, please review our policies below:
Health & Safety Disclosure – Clients must inform our staff of any health concerns, allergies, or sensitivities before receiving services to ensure a safe and suitable experience.
No Pets Allowed – For the health and safety of all clients and staff, pets are not permitted inside the salon.
Right to Refuse Service – We reserve the right to deny or discontinue service to any individual who exhibits inappropriate behavior or fails to comply with our policies.
Respectful Environment – To preserve a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, please keep phone conversations at a low volume.
Children’s Safety & Supervision – Parents or guardians are fully responsible for their children’s behavior. For safety reasons, children are not permitted to run or engage in disruptive activities within the salon.
Service Satisfaction – If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us before the service is completed or before leaving the salon. We will make every effort to address your concerns.
Complimentary Repairs – We offer free repairs within five (5) days of your original service date.
No Refunds or Charge Reversals – Services that have been completed, or that have exceeded 15 minutes in duration, are non-refundable.
Pricing Transparency – Our service prices are clearly displayed. Clients are encouraged to review and agree to the pricing before receiving services.
Feedback & Concerns – Clients are encouraged to direct any complaints or feedback to the salon manager at the front desk or contact us privately via Facebook or Instagram for prompt assistance.
